Main responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of the project from estimation to implementation;
- Create and maintain optimization plans;
- Perform performance analysis using Unity Profiler, RenderDoc, PIX;
- Maintain and optimize custom shaders (Shader Graph, HLSL);
- Work with content and assets;
- Collaborated with a small team (1–3 members): task management, planning;
Required skills
- At least one year of experience in the gaming industry;
- Deep knowledge of Unity (including URP and HDRP);
- Profiling and optimization for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S;
- Shader debugging and optimization (HLSL, Shader Graph);
- Strong C# skills for tools, gameplay scripts, and pipeline automation;
- Project estimation/evaluation;
- Development of performance optimization pipelines (GPU, CPU, memory);
- Deep understanding of rendering, VFX, animation and asset management pipelines;
- Ability to work with Addressables and Asset Bundles;
- Experience leading small teams (1–3 people): task management, reviews, documentation;
Will be an
advantage
- Knowledge and ability to work in 3D modeling programs;
- Ability to work with skeletal mesh and animations
